There is a very big difference between office and giftings. The office of prophet is a kingdom governmental position in the 5 fold ministry mentioned in Ephesians 4:11-13. We believe that true God ordained prophets are gifts from God to the church.

Prophesy on the other hand is a gift of the Holy Spirit according to 1 Corinthians 12:10. The apostle Paul encourages us to "pursue love, yet earnestly desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy" (1 Cor. 14:1).
We believe that walking in the prophetic is a normal part of being a Christ follower. The more time you spend with God, the more you're able to speak, hear, and feel His heart for people.
When delivering a prophetic word, we believe it must follow the scriptural guidelines of edifying, equipping, and encouraging the body of Christ. We know that there are a lot of people out there who have been hurt by inaccurate words or words given to them from the wrong heart in the past. This is why we always want to align our words with love, and make sure the person in front of us feels honored prior to releasing the word. One of the ways we like to prepare someone for a prophetic word is by explaining to them that they are in control with what they do with the word. They can keep the word and receive it. They can sit on the word and save it for later, or they can completely reject the word. The word is for them, and once we have released it, it becomes the persons responsibility to run with it or not.

God's word does not return back to Him void, and words that He gives people to speak to His people will never contradict scripture. He is not a God of confusion, division, or double mindedness. He is a God of love, life, peace, and protection.

Words of Knowledge
We've experienced the Lord use word's of knowledge many times while praying for people. Sometimes it is through impressions where He will give us a corporate word to call out in a service or gathering, other times it's a very specific and spontaneous word that is relevant to the person we are praying for. Regardless of the scenario and His setup for us to deliver, our intent is to always connect people with God's heart through information that we would never know prior to Him revealing it. Words of knowledge draw people closer to God because they show that He knows them on an intimate and personal level. He knows the desires of our hearts, and He wants you to know how much He cares for you!

We've seen words of knowledge bring miraculous healing, intense deliverance, and break through in areas that were severely bound. There is something very special that happens when you encounter the heart of God through a word of knowledge. We encourage you to press in and ask the Lord to give you this amazing spiritual gift!

Romans 8:28 says that He works all things out for the good of those who love Him. We've been able to pull positive messages out of many night terrors that the enemy meant for harm, but the Lord overturned for good!

Night Time Parables
All throughout Jesus's ministry He spoke in parables. "The kingdom of heaven is like..." Google search that and see how many times He said that. Dreams are like night time parables. A little metaphoric thinking, combined with some prayer, and you may just have a personal lesson from God almighty waiting to be interpreted!

It needs to be said that symbols are not the end all be all of dream interpretation. Context of the dream is very important. Symbols can help, and there are often times common themes, but dreams are very personal, and the context of your dream far outweighs the purple polka dotted elephant riding a unicycle, or the flying dumpster that is full of jelly beans.
